ARC’s founding partner Dr. Roisin O’Shea was interviewed in January by Grad Ireland about her experiences as a mature student doing a degree and PhD, and also how that prepared her for her career path as a mediator. Roisin was an Irish Research Council doctoral scholar and has received several national and international awards for her research, including the Hague “Innovating Justice” award in 2012.
