We’d like to welcome Matt Spinks, MII certified mediator and community worker to ARC. Matt has great experience as a community worker and crisis intervention expert working with at-risk young persons. Matt developed courses for at-risk young persons and young offenders helping them develop skills in anger management, behaviour modification, conflict resolution problem solving, communication skills and teamwork. He delivered these programmes to projects funded by The Irish Youth Justice Service, HSE, Dept Education and Science, Probation Service, Forogie and FAS. Matt will be participating in the Family Mediation Pilot and in community mediation.
