ARC Founders Dr Roisin O’She and Shane Dempsey will be delivering an afternoon seminar for Waterford Chamber members next Monday 11th February.
The session is entitled “Mediation Skills for Effective Communication” with the aim to equip attendees with a better understanding of workplace and business conflict, while giving them an overview of the skills mediators use to resolve workplace and commercial disputes. Topics include:
- Theory of Conflict
- Making a success of difficult conversations
- Introduction to Mediation Skills
A 2-day long course is available for corporate attendees offered privately and through Waterford Chamber Skillnet. The course is highly participatory with quizzes and role-plays to reinforce learning.
