Arc Partner, Dr Róisín O’Shea was invited to participate in an Irish Times podcast as an expert on mediation in probate disputes. The podcast was hosted by Siobhain Bunni of MyHome, and will be released in January.

Róisín spoke of the benefits of using mediation early to resolve a dispute over a will or a dispute that arises when there is no will (intestacy). Mediation can be quickly convened, and the costs are usually discharged by the Estate of the deceased.
Arc experts, Róisín and Shane, will actively assist beneficiaries, Administrators and/or Executors to find workable solutions, that fit within the context of probate and succession law.
