Dr Roisin O’Shea, researcher and Partner in Arc Mediation, and her colleague Dr Sinead Conneely, law lecturer at Waterford Institute of Technology, as experts in the field of mediation, have been contracted by Bloomsbury to contribute a chapter to a book entitled ‘Family Mediation: Contemporary Issues’.
The book will be released in 2019 as a Bloomsbury Professional title. It is co-edited by Dr Maria Federica Moscati, Lecturer in Family law at the University of Sussex and Marian Roberts, Visiting Fellow, the London School of Economics and Political Science.
This collection aims to investigate contemporary issues surrounding the theory and practice of family mediation in the UK and Ireland.
