Roisin O’Shea featured in Silicon Republic article about research in Ireland

The article references Dr. O’Shea’s work in carrying out self-financed family mediation research in Waterford Institute of Technology. She has also organised and funded international conferences and seminars on family law with support from Waterford Institute of Technology Dept of Applied Arts. The purpose of her research to broaden the debate about family law in Ireland, educate Irish researchers and practitioners about best-practice internationally and to improve the end-user experience of the Irish family justice system through meaningful & considered reform.

Dr. O’Shea has had a very diverse and varied professional career. She’s an internationally published watercolour artist, a former rock singer who performed in festivals in Ireland during the mid 90s, an academic researcher via scholarship as a mature student &  in-demand as a family, civil & commercial mediator with ARC, the practice she founded in 2010.
