Dr. O’Shea has had a very diverse and varied professional career. She’s an internationally published watercolour artist, a former rock singer who performed in festivals in Ireland during the mid 90s, an academic researcher via scholarship as a mature student & in-demand as a family, civil & commercial mediator with ARC, the practice she founded in 2010.
